Moda Health members get much more than just great dental coverage — they get the tools and resources they need to help them navigate their way to better overall health.
Member Dashboard is a personalized member website that provides access to health tools and resources to help your patients manage their health and benefits. With Member Dashboard, members can*:
- Search for a provider
- Find dental care while traveling outside the U.S.
- Use the Dental Optimizer to assess cavity risk, estimate treatment costs and review dental health tips
- View benefit eligibility and history
- View account information such as contact information and dependents
- Order additional or replacement ID cards
- Check the status of pending claims, view personal claim history and access claim forms
*Not all plans have access to all tools and resources.
